I tried Mcafee and it fuked my internet connection up for some reason. I'm somewhat knowledgeable of network connections, but everything I tried wouldn't fix it besides uninstalling it. I now run Kaspersky, which I actually like a lot, cause it is not intrusive IMO and works great.

Now on a side note, I'm having to reformat my PC which blows ass, as I have tons of software installed and have picked up an undetectable Virus according to Kaspersky. It's nasty too, as it tried to disable my AV by corrupting the database files, lagged my connection out, and keeps crashing windows. I managed to get the database files reupdated and ran a full scan, disconnected from the net, and it didn't find anything and my system crashed at the end of the scan. I hardly ever crash, so I have no idea what I've picked up and a reformat is the only way of fixing it I know of. I suppose it's a great way to get a nice clean start and get some crap off my system, but still sucks, cause I have SO much stuff to update and reinstall now.
