In many games that you have to click "Ctrl+Alt+~" to open counsle, that means that you can change your name to something more "pro-looking." I know of these two games for sure that you have to click "Ctrl+alt+~" COD2 and ETQW Beta. First, open counsle, and then type "set UI_name "whateveryyouwanthere." Here is the codes.
^0 - black
^1 - red
^2 - yellow
^3 - green
^4 - blue
^5 - light blue
^6 - Plum
^7 - White
