a hacks speed is dependant upon numerous factors, is it d3d based, opengl, engine based, is the aimbot hitbox based, vector, bone based, methods used to gain a enemies location and visibility vary as well, alot diff factors involved. Look at some public source code, this will also help you understand how aimbot works, if you know and understand php, you should pick up c++ basics fairly easy.
