Perhaps I can learn something from sumo in here. I want to know how you go about finding the main check offset in pbcl and the pbss offset as well for BF2. I used the debugger tool so I can attach Bf2 in OLLYDBG when in multiplayer and it all looks very confusing and daunting tome. I found an old tute which shows where these offsets are but since PB has changed again I have no idea where to find this info now. Maybe you can show us noobs how you would do this so we can learn a little something and see a very very small proportion of what T2x does and the work involved. I have downloaded all the tools you mentioned and started some tutorials to get a little understanding.

Thanks again for any help!

Hello to everyone...
Well for one I decided to give it a shot on creating a hack (i was little afraid to) or breaking my computer :P. Any how I downloaded Visual C++ 9.0 Express; will that work or do I need a diferent version?
Please wish me luck and some coffee 'cause I will be up all night reading and learning.
Before I forget thank you for posting this thread, I am assured it will come handy.

By the way which within the books I should start reading first; here is the list:
C++ For Dummies, Fith Edition
C++ Timesaving Techniques for Dummies
C++ Cookbook
C++ How to Program, Fith Edition
Disassembling Code - IDA Pro and SoftICE
Hacker Disassembling Uncovered
Programming with Microsoft Visual C++ .NET, Sixth Edition

PS: jorvilla "see you in the Haxorfield..."
