Mod your Windows Xp Disk

Since i always reinstall my windows every 3 weeks. I get tired of having to install all my programs, games, and apps everytime i do this. Well im in the middle of learning to add all these things to a new disk for your pleasure of not having to waste time installing new apps everytime you reinstall xp. This may be old to some, but its new to me. Im in the process of downloading hotfixes and im not the best at this at the moment. I thought i would share what i have learned today

MSFN's Unattended Windows : Unattended Windows Introduction

EDIT: Ah damn, i epic fail at this... At intermediate i get lost like omg

EDIT2: Well i used a program called nLite to do everything else. I only used this website to make a unattended disk and used some coding to not install crap programs like msn messenger. This is what i used to make the unattended with editing programs and all kinds more. nLite to me is what i use, and the tutorial on that website nsfn is for like writing code or scripts into files and sending it to a folder for nLite to read and know what to do with it So far So good on my end. And i never knew how to do this. Just read it and did it. First times here with batch files and all

Can make performance better, can remove problems.

Anyway, I backup important stuff onto a partition on the same HD. I find that a lot easier.

Although, I gotta say, I think 3 weeks is a bit TOO often. I usually do every 1-2 months.

Why don't you just ghost the install in question then reapply it every few days? Seems like alot less effort+install time etc
