I think both of those dudes are the same guy. I mean, think about:
Dude A comes out of nowhere to talk crap about a CD-Key site. That's a good way to allow talking about an unproven site under the guise of badmouthing it.
Dude B suddenly shows up, badmouths Dude A, and says he's just defending himself and that he's legit. He has just successfully advertised about a site that we wouldn't have even bothered to give the time of day to before.
But now that they've created this "fake conspiracy" we are all interested and have learned the name of the site.
Perhaps I'm just too paranoid, but this seemed just too coincidental to be real to me.

I'm sorry to reply so late, its almost the end of 2009, but better late than never. I just was doing my runs cleaning up my bookmarks and still have you guys in them, don't worry, I'm keeping you 187 guys in my list

This Lioncorp guy is still at large!
I'll explain from my perspective how I think the story unfolded. Its quite easy for Mr. Lioncorp to find this thread, all he has to do is setup a simple google alert to notify him for specific terms, obviously in this case keywords such as "lioncorp" will be run through his google alerts on a daily basis. He is then notified that new search result has been found matching his keyword criteria (probably as with a ton of other search results of people reporting bad business with this guy). He comes to this forum, immediately creates an account, and tries to defend his position. He does this to all the other forums where he finds his name mentioned. This is why "person B" came in so fast after "person A". (In this case its an exception since there was a 3 month gap between the day I created the thread and the day lioncorp registered, probably because he "got smart" and started scanning the entire internet for his own business name, and giving google the time to find the results - give or take a day or so since google is pretty fast).
There were a lot of stories where steam banned a ton of people's CD keys because they purchased them from illegitimate sites. And Lioncorp is probably one such example of "illegitimate". I constantly get emails in my inbox because I'm still on his mailing list (and there is no unsubscribe or remove from mailing list link at the end of the emails

) The mailing list is advertising "new games" such as COD4, etc.
Lioncorp, the store, still claims to sell other titles, all which will probably end up getting banned in a short matter of time. This is no "conspiracy", this is true, and lioncorp makes his runs through google to find every forum post about him. A new service that has come to attention this year are specialized search engines that scan for usernames and other keywords in social networking sites and forums as well. My guess is that Lioncorp has it all laid out for him to easily spot anyone who says things about them, so he can immediately defend his position as soon as he finds them.
Sorry Lioncorp, I am a real customer that got two experiences, one with the first cd key, and the second experience for requesting a replacement cd key that was also banned. And if I count a third, finding out how you use the system to find people who report your poor business ethics by performing mass searches through the internet for your own name. And then before he leaves, he parts off a final message such as "instead inventing new conspiray theories just lock this thread, everything was said. " Oh, just lock the thread, cause you know, I don't need people to expose the truth any further. Yes, there is a conspiracy here, it involves a shady sales person who lies to cover his ass whenever he finds out a customer he ripped off has spoken up against him
Keep in mind he has 5 posts and probably has left the forum soon after he came in to post here. Now people, who are you going to believe?
The service I believe he is using is found here:
http://www.radian6.com/ Radian 6 - Social Media Monitoring and Engagement. MANY MAJOR CORPORATIONS USE THIS. I found this site after a Dell Representative came into a forum thread after someone started a thread titled "I hate dell" explaining what happened. Its all about finding out what their customers truly feel about them and possibly seeking legal action against them if need be. Think about it!!! I don't think Lioncorp went this far but its very easy to search for yourself to see what people are saying.
Happy Holidays everyone!
