I have tried renewing my account numerous times. But have failed each time for what reason i have no idea. Evrytime i put in my information and click purchase to buy another month of hacks, it just tells me (error you are already a member). Is there any different way to do this. Send me a link. Thx for the help.

this might help some. i have to renew my subscription and i could really use some help with this. because evrytime it takes me to the page to do so it wont let me complete my transaction, it just tells me you already have an existing membership????????

It auto-renews if I'm correct. This is enabled for your own convenience so that you dont have to go through the process of renewing it every month.

No, it doesn't auto-renew.

The error you are getting is because you are trying to buy the same sub as you have now. If you either upgrade, or wait till your account has expired, then you will be able to re-buy.
