Combat Arms Hack
Saw some people playing this on Xfire and decided to look up some hacks for it.
Simple google search found me this

Try it out, my brother tried it on his comp and seemed to work fine, pretty sweet actually.

Their antihack program is Hackshield, so they get patched in updates, which is every few weeks or so.

CA is my game of choice at the moment, I have used TGS hacks they are not bad but I found a much much better hack for it you have to pay $25 a month for it, I wont advertise the site here if anyone wants it PM me
I found TGS takes to long to update after nexon patches, the other site has similar features and better features and updates within 30mins of a patch.
Some features get patched out of the game, god mode, fly hack got patched but teleport and ctf still works, but as far as I know hacks haven't been detected as yet, hackshield is very easy to bypass from what I have been told.

Plus the one I posted is still UD and its free.

yeah your right it is a bit expensive but worth it, just like I use the hacks here instead of free public ones, security and safety, most of the free one's come with poison ivy which is undetected by most scanners atm.

what happens if you get caught? do u just have to create another profile/account/email??? or you cant get back in the game at all?
