I need help or a guide on how to load a menu in game. From a Vb program.
I have been searching everywhere for this. Or code to open a simple form in-game.

Yes Vb you can Draw ingame menus However, you will need to research the imports for Directx Libs Which can be imported to vb easy usage however is pretty complex and NOt possible for a copy and paste job lol which is what i think your looking for

If your gonna start in DIrectX Coding then i recommend starting using C++ then maybe move onto vb although vb is a easier language for direct x its more complicated and alot more code required just to draw something simple.
