what to do with .dlc-files?

Hey, sorry to ask that noob-question, but what should i do with a .dlc-file?
i wanted to DL a game with RS and all i got was a dlc with 5KB or something.

I think i should throw it in a loader, but which one??
Any advice?

thx, but its not an autocad-extension(the one that I have)
doesnt fit, cause it should enable me to DL my file(s)

dlc file is a container file , and you should use http://jdownloader.org/download - jDownloader to download files that dlc contain
mostly warez sites use it to hide their files from being reported to RS , MU , DF , and many other file hosters
